DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?

Yes.  As an online retailer, our operation costs are reduced allowing us to pass the savings on to you in the form of affordable products.  Please note that once your order  is placed, we are unable to make changes, additions or cancellations to your items.

 

HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. We will also send you an email to confirm your order has been placed.  This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.  Once our fulfillment team processes your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. 

 

WHAT CARRIERS WILL YOU USE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  Expedited orders are shipped using UPS and FedEx.  For more information, please view our shipping policies.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship orders domestically and internationally.  We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.


CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes! You can have your order delivered to another address.  Just enter your shipping address where indicated.  Note:  We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item, please contact us at support@giftsnthingz.com within 5 days of receipt and we will work to resolve this for you.
